Strategic Priorites
The Vice-Chancellor is delighted to announce the launch of Durham
University's Strategic Development Plan in conjunction with the Development and
Alumni Relations Office. This plan takes the form of a brochure with a portfolio
of individual inserts ensuring each recipient receives information tailored to
their own interests.
From our colleges to our world-class research facilities, Durham University
is unique. We are now looking forward to working closely with all those who wish
to help us make a difference to Durham's future as one of the most vibrant,
research-intensive universities in the world.
The Durham Difference strategic development plan represents the most
ambitious philanthropic programme in Durham's history. Four themes have been
identified:
- Supporting Our Students
- Sustaining Excellence In Research
- Enhancing Our Learning Environment
- Building Our Endowment
We invite the participation of everyone who cares about the future of Durham
University to engage with us in whatever way they can.
