Which email address should I use?
We will use the e-mail address that you provide during your registration for our email correspondence with you. Please choose the email address that you are happy to be used for contact from the University. You are able to update this email address once your registration has been confirmed by entering the site and updating your profile.
Why do you need my date of birth?
This helps us to match your registration with the information we already hold for you within the Development Office.
What do I put as my user ID?
You will need this every time you login to the Dunelm community. Choose a username that you will remember. It can be any combination of letters and numbers that you wish.
What do I put as my password?
Your password should be at least 8 characters long and, for your increased personal security, we would recommend that you use a combination of letters and numbers.
What do I put for reminder phrase?
This is to help you remember your password should you forget it in the future. Choose a word or statement that will help jog your memory (e.g. if your password is the name of the city you were born, you would enter a phrase such as 'the city where I was born').
Can I change my password?
Yes. You need to login first and then choose 'My Profile' from the 'Keeping in Touch' menu option in the left-hand column. Remember to also change the password reminder phrase as we will use this to help remind you of your password if you forget it in the future.
What do I do if I forget my password or User ID?
If you forget your password or User ID, select the 'forgotten password / User ID' link. You will then need to enter your user ID or email address as indicated..
You will receive an email with your User ID and password reminder phrase. If you haven't set a password reminder phrase, then you should send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
informing us of your UserID or, if you don't have this, your full name, date of birth and College. We will then reset your password.
Afterwards, please do change your password to be one that you will remember and do use the password reminder phrase.
I have forgotten my password and changed my email address. How do I reset my password?
The automated password reminder will send an email to the email address that we have for you. If you have registered with a dunelm.org.uk email address, then you will receive the email at your destination email address.
If you have changed your email address, please contact us at email@example.com. We will change your password and send it to the new email address you provide. You will then need to login and update your profile with your new email address and other current information.
