Once you have registered, your data may be shared with the alumni volunteer organising the event. This is necessary for the effective management of the event (make introductions, create table plans etc.). If you have provided dietary or access requirements, please note that these will be kept until the event has taken place, when the information will be removed from our records (normally within 72 hours).
