Deals Senior Associate & Co-Chair of Disability Awareness Network at PwC | TRI awards DE&I Champion of the Year | Disability Power 100 2022 & 2021
I’m delighted to be included as one of the 100 most influential disabled people in the UK in the 2021 Shaw Trust #DisabilityPower100 Shortlist. This is a list of 100 influencers who are working to break the stigma around disability, and helping to inspire the next generation for a more #InclusiveWorld. I became disabled in 2012, while at University and experienced the stigma that disabled people cannot be intelligent or successful. I joined PwC UK and trained as a Chartered Accountant and I’m proud to lead as the national Co-Chair of PwC UK’s Disability Awareness Network (DAWN), where I’ve worked to change the perception of disabled people in the accountancy profession. I am truly honoured to be recognised on the #DisabilityPowerlist100 and would like to thank everyone who has supported me. #PwcProud
