Grainger Plc. is sponsoring a new cohort of MSc Accounting & Management students at Durham University Business School to pursue Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) accreditation and membership.  The new degree programme directed by Dr Ian Whitfield will produce more accountancy savvy managers and more accountants who understand and can contribute to strategic management. Students on the programme automatically also get student membership of CIMA, four exemptions and one exam at Certificate level. This will help differentiate students to secure employment and set them on the right pathway to achieving professional status before they graduate.
