Durham Inspired: Live in Lockdown
Welcome to Germany!

Thursday 19 November, 6pm (CET)

Have you graduated from Durham recently? Are you new to Germany, or returning home? Do you want some helpful hints and tips that will help you in your next big adventure? If the answer is yes, yes and YES, then this is the event for you.

Join us for an online event to hear from alumni about how they can support you with your career and help you grow those all important professional and social connections. We will talk about out how you can find, hold and move jobs - even during a pandemic! The event is also a great opportunity to make new friends and suggest ideas for future events and activities in Germany to keep you connected to Durham and fellow grads!

The event will be hosted by Germany Chapter Leader, Ioannis Blekos (Ustinov College, Accounting and Finance, 2014), who works in Equity Sales at Goldman Sachs.

Even if you have not graduated recently, you can still celebrate your connection to Durham, meet new people in your area and welcome recent grads, including the class of 2020 to the community!

So grab your favourite drink and snacks and join us for a informal virtual gathering. Feel free to bring along your Durham stash to make it an extra special event. We look forward to seeing you there!

Register your place by clicking the 'Booking' tab above. A Zoom link and instructions will be given closer to the event time.
