What was the most valuable lesson you learnt whilst at Durham?

Time management! I was involved in so many different things, at different levels, in addition to my degree. Juggling everything required a great deal of organisation at time. Further to that - I ended up having a wide range and variety of experiences at Durham. Don't be afraid to try or experience something totally new, or different; enjoy trying or attempting new things.

What are your fondest memories of Durham?
Too many to choose one. Several very successful student theatrical productions do stand out - as do some spectacular Hild Bede balls.

What inspired you to sign up as an alumni volunteer?
I had a wonderful time as a student at Durham. Being an alumni volunteer enables me to continue that connection, and to try to give something back to the University.
