Dunelm Days - Afternoon in Durham
Friday 10 June 2016

Durham alumni and guests are invited to meet up for
an afternoon in Durham as part of Dunelm Days 2016.

The meet up will start at 2pm with a stroll round the historic woodlands and riverbanks led by an expert guide. You may have walked these paths many times but been unaware of the fascinating history that surrounds you. Be prepared to hear tales of war, floods, social unrest and long lost industry. The walk starts at the North Door of the Cathedral, the main entrance, and is charged at £3 per person (accompanying children free) which is payable on the day. The walk should take around 90 minutes to complete.

Following the walk, the group will head up to Palace Green where an area has been reserved at Café on the Green. Drinks and a selection of sweet treats will be available to purchase.

Please wear sturdy shoes and dress appropriately for the weather.

If you would like to attend, please register below. Registration is essential as places on the walk are limited.

Your personal data will be used to manage the event. Your name, College, Subject and Class of information will be passed to the event host.  If you do not wish for this data (whole or part thereof) to be passed to the event host, please contact alumni.office@durham.ac.uk prior to the event.
