2019 Alumni AGM Weekend

The Alumni Association's 2019 AGM weekend will be held over the weekend of Friday 15th to Sunday 17th November 2019.  This coincides with the JCR's annual Recent Graduates weekend and also Durham's biannual Lumiere Festival.

The AGM
The AGM itself will take place at 2pm on Saturday 16th November in the Shincliffe Room. 

All members of the Alumni Association are encouraged to come along in order to have their say in the running of the Association over the next 12 months. The agenda for the meeting can be found here.  Meanwhile the minutes of the 2018 AGM can be found by clicking on the box to the right of this page.

Recent Graduates Weekend
Every November, the current JCR organises the Recent Graduates Weekend.  As its name implies, it is aimed at those that have left Durham during the past few years, however it is open to all Aidan's alumni.  Details of the weekend will be posted here soon so please check back for more information.

Durham Lumiere
Lumiere returns to Durham for the sixth time.  Artists from around the world will illuminate the city in delightful and unexpected ways, with a series of light and sound installations to explore.  If you have never been to Lumiere then you have missed out.  The installations are nothing short of breathtaking, especially the projections onto the side of the Cathedral.

The event runs from the Thursday through to the to the Sunday and is FREE.  For more details go to the Lumiere website HERE.
